We process information you enter yourself, including name, email, encrypted password, club information, routes, messages and optional profile picture. If you join a live trip and allow location access, we process your GPS position so the trip leader and relevant participants can follow the trip on the map.
Information is used to provide ClubRoute, administer clubs and routes, show live positions during trips, send necessary emails, handle support and meet legal requirements.
Payment is handled outside the app through the ClubRoute website and the payment provider OnPay. ClubRoute does not store card numbers or full payment card details.
ClubRoute uses service providers for hosting, email, maps/route display and payment. Personal data is shared only when necessary to provide the service, support the user or comply with legislation.
We store information for as long as necessary to provide the service, document agreements or meet legal requirements. You can request account deletion through the delete account page or from your profile when logged in.

Passwords are stored as secure hashes, data is sent via HTTPS in production, and app code and environment keys are kept outside the web root.
